Years before picking up his first camera, Patrick developed a real love for photography. However, it wasn't until his own wedding that he took the life-changing decision to turn his passion into a profession. He was struck by the depth of emotion conveyed in his wedding photographs and fascinated by the notion of the 'wedding photographer'.

Nine years and over two hundred and fifty weddings later his camera remains firmly attached to his side. Patrick is in no doubt that wedding and portrait photography has a real purpose, that the capturing of a moment in time can be cherished for generations. He is convinced that taking photographs is similar to writing music (his other love - after his wife and daughter that is!), in that it is all about creating a one-off that is intended simply to give pleasure.
